It is with bittersweet emotions that my family and I say goodbye to the Central Coast, a place we’ve been honored to call home for eight years. We are taking a new step in ministry as I accept the role of Executive Director at Fairhaven Rescue Mission in Covington, Kentucky.

I want to extend my deepest, most heartfelt gratitude to the donors and volunteers who have supported this Mission throughout my tenure. Changing lives is not a passive activity; it requires fierce intentionality and sacrificial giving. As Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40) Your commitment here is a direct act of service to Christ, and I have seen God perform literal miracles because of it.

I am genuinely excited for my successor, Luke Johnson. When I speak of miracles, many are the direct fruit of Luke’s hard work, leadership, and commitment to the residents. Rescue Mission Alliance Central Coast means so much to me, and I trust Luke completely with the next chapter and the continuation of this life-changing work.

My family and I will miss you all immensely. Please keep us in your prayers as we transition to Kentucky.
