Workforce Development Coordinator – Ventura County Rescue Mission (Oxnard, CA)

The Workforce Development Coordinator (WDC) is responsible for coordinating all Education and Vocational Services (EVS) for the residents of Ventura County Rescue Mission’s Life Recovery Program. This includes the development, implementation and management of programs to provide educational instruction, employment readiness, and vocational training for each resident in a manner that will best position them for employment and a pathway to a livable wage. This is a regular, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of the Ventura County Rescue Mission. This position is benefits eligible.
