Volunteer Coordinator PT, Oxnard

The Volunteer Coordinator oversees all volunteers and volunteer-related events for Rescue Mission Alliance Ventura County. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with individuals and volunteer groups — including churches, businesses, schools, and community organizations — and cultivating a welcoming, service-driven culture.
 
 The Coordinator ensures volunteers feel valued, equipped, and connected to the Mission’s life-changing work, while also leading the coordination of key volunteer-driven events throughout the year.
 
 This is a part-time, regular non-exempt position reporting to the Director and located in Oxnard, CA. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines.
