The primary function of this position is to oversee all aspects of our family shelter program for residents and volunteers regarding recreation, meals, chores, sleeping arrangements, security, and program compliance. Significant opportunities exist for relational and spiritual ministry with residents experiencing difficult times. This position reports to the Associate Director and SFVRM Management Team.  This position is part-time weekend shift. It’s a non-exempt position located in Northridge, California. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime according to applicable guidelines.
