The Production Worker is responsible for assisting the production crew to complete all necessary tasks in order to meet production goals in a timely manner. Therefore, their responsibilities may change based on the needs of the business. The Production Worker reports directly to the Thrift Store Supervisor and may also get direction from the Lead. This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position. This position is eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines.
