Lead Loss Prevention Officer – San Fernando Valley

The Lead Loss Prevention Officer will provide Leadership to the Loss Prevention Team to protect company assets and improve profitability by assisting Security Department Management in developing and implementing security and loss prevention systems for employees, customers and the community. The Lead Loss Prevention Officer also leads investigations throughout the organization with the support of the Loss Prevention Manager.  Ensures all Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Audits are being recorded by the Loss Prevention Officers on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly status and partners with local Police Department when needed. This position reports to the Rescue Mission Alliance Loss Prevention Manager. This is a regular full-time, non-exempt position and may require overtime and/or weekend work. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines.
