House Manager FT, Oxnard

The House Manager position is an essential part of the success of the Lighthouse for Women and Children. The House Manager assists with operations, volunteer coordination, and residents during the day and must be available in the evening when an emergency arises. This position offers room and board as part of their salary.  Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the House Manager, will also adhere to and promote all Rescue Mission Alliance (RMA) policies and procedures.  This is a full­time, non-exempt position, who will work closely with all the staff of Lighthouse. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience and includes benefits.
