Guest Service Associate for Women’s Shelter, Oxnard

The Guest Services Associate provides resources and encouragement to the Lighthouse clients/guests as they strive to overcome the challenges that face them daily. Working various shifts overnight, maintain the order and safety of the clients and facilities.  This is a regular full-time, non-exempt position located in Oxnard, CA and reports to the Program Manager. This position is a 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, weekdays and weekends. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is benefit and overtime eligible according to applicable guidelines.
