Guest Service Associate (Emergency Shelter)

The Guest Services Associate provides resources and encouragement to the Lighthouse clients/guests as they strive to overcome the challenges that face them daily. Working various shifts, maintain the order and safety of the clients and facilities.  This is a regular full-time, non-exempt flexible shift position located in Oxnard, CA and reports to the Program Manager. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is overtime eligible according to applicable guidelines and may require weekend availability.
