Facilities Operations Manager – RMA Headquarters (Oxnard, CA)

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible to provide leadership to all facilities and maintenance teams, oversight of projects, site inspections, facilities maintenance and improvements, and vendor management. The Facilities Operations Manager works closely with the COO, Operations Manager and Safety to carry out the planning, budgeting, decision making, resource development, and facility improvements needed. The Facilities Operations Manager will model a commitment to servant leadership and collaborate with RMA properties, including ministries, to develop and maintain facilities and equipment that will be used to meet the needs across the organization. This is a full-time, exempt position (not eligible for overtime) reporting to the COO, located in Oxnard, CA.  Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for benefits according to applicable guidelines.
