Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) works within the Call Center Department with the objective of soliciting GIK donations and scheduling pickups. The CSR has great customer service skills, excellent data entry with attention for detail. This is a part-time, non-exempt regular position located in Oxnard, upstairs at The Super Thrift Store and reports to the Call Center Manager and Supervisor. This position is overtime eligible according to applicable guidelines. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
