The primary function of this position is to oversee all aspects of our family shelter program for residents and volunteers regarding recreation, meals, chores, sleeping arrangements, security, and program compliance. Significant opportunities exist for relational and spiritual ministry with residents experiencing difficult times. This position reports to the Program Manager and SFVRM Management Team. It’s a regular, full-time, non-exempt position located in Northridge, California. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines.
