The Receptionist works within the Call Center with the objective of handling all inbound & outbound calls for RMA and scheduling pickups. This individual must manage incoming, outgoing calls, and applications, which is determined by contact center traffic levels. This position must have great customer service skills, excellent data entry with attention for detail. This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position located in Oxnard, CA (2nd floor of the Super Thrift Store). It reports to the Call Center Manager and Supervisor. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime and includes benefits. Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required.
