The Intake Coordinator oversees all areas relating to the intake and move-in process. This role serves as the first point of contact for all those visiting and calling the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission seeking services or referring potential guests. They also provide pre-screening of guests and resources available within our ministry, and referrals to other community ministries, agencies, and resources. This is a full time, non-exempt regular position located in Northridge, CA. reporting to the Program Manager and working closely with Case Managers, and shelter staff. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines.
