The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in the success of the organization by bringing high-level interpersonal skills to help administer various HR initiatives for RMA. The HR generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities offering guidance on day-to-day HR operations including benefits, recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices. This is a full-time, non-exempt, regular position located in Oxnard at Corporate Headquarters and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
