The Human Resource Department is central to our individual, organizational, and community influence. We are looking for an HR Director who will be a catalyst leader in the recruitment, development, support, and protection practices for our RMA workforce. The HR Director will develop and lead a team in best practices that influences a RMA culture of high performance and servant hearted leadership. In addition, this position is responsible to relationally enable the RMA workforce in compliance with policies, laws, ordinances, regulations and industry trends.
This is a full-time, exempt position located at the Administrative Offices in Oxnard, and reports to the Regional Vice President of Ministries. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is benefits-eligible according to applicable guidelines.
