The Human Resources Business Partner/Manager collaborates with HR and business leaders and oversees the HR team. HRBP serves as an advisor and liaison to local management and is responsible to oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of our workforce. This position will opportunity to work on strategic initiatives and develop solutions for the organization in addition to managing compliance with policies, laws, ordinances, regulations and industry trends; and serving as a HR subject matter expert. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting and hiring qualified candidates, performance management, development and training, compliance, HRIS administration. The HR Manager will also assist Managers and Supervisors in making decisions related to Human Resources and Safety.

This is a full-time, exempt position located in Oxnard at Corporate Headquarters and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is benefits-eligible according to applicable guidelines.
