The Homeless Navigator works with the Survival Outreach Services (SOS) team to build relationships with homeless neighbors and guests, provide advocacy, and assist with connection to benefits and housing. Significant opportunities exist for relational and spiritual ministry with homeless persons experiencing difficult times as well as volunteers and donors. The Homeless Navigator works closely with the Lead Case Manager, Program Manager and other SFVRM Staff (Volunteer Coordinator & Operations Coordinator) to adhere to and promote RMA & SFVRM Policies & Procedures. This position reports to the Director of SFVRM and other SFVRM Management. It is a regular full-time, non-exempt position located in Northridge, California. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime and benefits according to applicable guidelines.
