The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) works within the Call Center Department with the objective of soliciting GIK donations and scheduling pickups. This individual must have great customer service skills, excellent data entry with attention for detail. This is a part-time, regular non-exempt position located in Oxnard, CA, upstairs at The Super Thrift Store and reports to the Call Center Manager and Supervisor. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. Evening shift M-Th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. & Fri 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. must work 2 Saturday’s a month 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This position is eligible for overtime according to applicable guidelines.
